Building a custom home requires endless decisions, details, and deadlines but nothing is missed with Nick. You will get a home that is well built and beautifully done. When we first laid eyes on our Bertram build we fell in LOVE. The house was not just beautiful, it was built with quality. You could tell the building process was not rushed. We even heard that the builder(Nick) was constantly on site and making sure the contractors were doing good work and that’s not very common. Nothing about our build is basic, from all of our bathroom fixtures to our basement bar to even our beautiful office window…everything is chef’s kisses. When we had the home inspection done during the buying process, the inspector who is very great at his job (trust me I did my research)told me that our home was very much well built (he kept asking who the builder was)than the other homes he had previously inspected that were all built by a very popular top tier homebuilder in the Centerville area and that was all I needed to hear. Finally even after we moved in, they would still take care of any little Knick knack right away. Try Bertram Builders you won’t regret it because I’m not.
