Tom Phenicie is a high integrity person, and this is the primary reason I hired him to build my home and every project needed at rental and commercial properties I own. I do not shop on competitive bids for my projects because there really are no competitors to Tom. Materials cost what they do regardless of the contractor so the only difference possible is the person on the job. Quality that stands the test of time is why Tom is currently estimating a second recreational home in a neighboring state for my wife and I.
