He's a builder's builder: Very talented and creative, has a lot of excellent ideas. He's not your standard contractor that just "reads the plans" - he's met multiple times with our architect to go over the details and to offer some really great suggestions. Very impressed with the level of collaboration! 2. He's very conscious of your budget: I've had a lot of ideas for the house. Like most people, we have a budget for this build. Greg has kept me in line whenever I come up with another of my "brilliant" (as in, costly) ideas.
