House built in 2019. Design was very good and just what we asked for. Site was kept very clean. However, almost as soon as the 1 year warranty expired, cracks appeared in almost all wood trim. Gaps appeared in mitered joints in every room. Drywall taping started coming loose or started cracking in corners. Seams where counter tops met walls developed racks larger than 1/4 inch. Electrical wall switches become very warm to the touch and some wall receptacles have been replaced due to total failure. Flooring (luxury vinyl) has developed wide gaps that trap dirt (appears planks shrink). Some sink fixtures are leaking around base and required replacing. Some interior doors will not latch closed. On the positive side, The office staff is great to work with. Always very pleasant and try to please. Issues that came up during warranty period were addressed in timely manner. Home seems to be solid and is quiet and economical to heat and cool (chose geo-thermal). Windows are well installed and so far have been trouble free. All concrete work is superior with very few cracks. Basic impression- Keep and eye on site supervisor. Make sure he/she has a handle on subs.
