“Nathan Murphey was the Project Manager overseeing the construction of our new custom home in Anaqua Springs Ranch completed in 2016. Nathan was professional, and we developed a good working relationship right away. Nathan followed through on his commitments and accommodated our schedule whenever we needed to meet. His attention to detail was extraordinary, and he corrected most issues before we ever noticed them. Nathan is extremely creative, and he was able to provide cost effective solutions to avoid expensive change orders. Nathan maintained a very good and trusting relationship with his sub-contractors, and he was able to get things scheduled on a time. We were very impressed with the quality of construction as well as Nathan’s meticulous attention to detail. We are very pleased with the home and enthusiastically recommend Nathan Murphey to anyone considering construction of a custom home. “After 34 years of marriage and many moves we were finally ready to put down roots and build our forever home and we are so happy that Troy and Lisa Parker agreed to partner with us on this project! They were an absolute pleasure to work with- responsive, professional and organized. They have a good working relationship with their high quality and reputable subcontractors and there is a commitment to excellence throughout the building process. Both Troy and Lisa were quick to respond to any questions or concerns. The sheer volume of details/decisions that go into building a custom home can be overwhelming to say the least, but Troy and Lisa are always calm and focused- you know you are in good hands. Our house had a number of challenging custom features, e.g., old doors, custom vent hood, reclaimed beams, vintage beadboard wall- Troy and Lisa worked closely with us always going the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the end result. They are a great team with Troy's experience and knowledge of the industry and Lisa's strong organizational skills keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and managing the budget. We are thrilled with our beautiful home and feel so blessed that we get to live here. “Building a custom home can be quite overwhelming...so we were told! Decisions are endless and opinions change through the process. Our experience of building our first custom home was SO much better than what we had anticipated based on the horror stories you often hear of! Genuine Custom Homes was with us each and every step of the way and Karl was amazing to work with!!! His organization skills speak volumes for themselves. We were constantly kept in the loop of what the current status was and what we could expect to come and it was so nice to know that we had someone supervising our project who cared about our home just as much as we did! Karl was always in contact with us and set up appointments for us with his chosen professionals who already knew about our style before we even arrived to meet with them to discuss specifics. We were involved in the entire process and when we were not immediately available we had the confidence that Karl knew our goals and style well enough to make things happen as we would have them. We would absolutely recommend a Genuine Custom Home to our friends and family-- we have now been in our home for six months and from the date of move in we have not been disappointed! On top of that...Karl has been in contact occasionally to check in with us which is nice...it's not often you get taken care of after the completion of your project (sale)!”

Our experience from initial contact with Ken Castro and his sons to visualizing our dreams with Rudy, the amazing home designer, were superior to all the custom home stories I had heard. The foundation was poured at the start of June and we moved in at the end of December. Our project manager - Jaime- worked from day 1 to stay on top of the build and ensure each step was done well. The entire process was a positive one and we believe much of that starts with the vision and work ethic of KC Custom Homes and those who work for this company. Were there some bumps- of course- but KC Custom Homes worked through each issue that surfaced. We are so pleased to be in our home and would welcome the chance to talk more about our experience. His attention to detail is second to none. My home turned out better than I could have imagined. I won’t hesitate to use him again when the time comes to do it again. “We enjoyed working with Lemburg House to build a home for our family. They are hard working, honest, and dependable. They also only hire honest and dependable subcontractors. Whenever we visited the homesite to see progress or look at particular items, the subcontractors were always respectful and courteous. After listening to my neighbor's construction workers while I was outside watering plants (and hearing horrible language and very loud music), I realized how valuable this was and it made me appreciate who we picked as a builder even more! My husband designs homes as a living and he is very particular, so it was important to me to work with a builder who is as particular as he is and willing to work with his Type A Personality. We found the perfect match with Ben and Kyle. They are easy to work with and quick to respond. Behind the scenes, Trish genuinely cares about each family and goes above and beyond to make sure the process goes as smoothly as possible. I would choose Lemburg House all over again!”
