You could search the entire state of Florida & beyond and not find a better builder than than Will Tiller & his entire team with Borges Brooks. We cannot thank he, Scott and all of their sub-contractors enough for a job exceptionally well done. Their honesty & integrity is beyond measure! They accepted our job for major repairs & renovations without hesitation simply because they wanted to help us….these repairs & renovations were not something they normally did but Will realized the need we had for repairs and was willing to give us his best…which is exactly what they did!

Will Tiller has built multiple high end homes for our family on 30A. We have loved working with him over the past 4 years. He and his team are detail oriented and work hard to get the project finished under budget and on time. Will and his team work great with our designer and do whatever it takes to help bring our creative ideas to life. Will and his company Borges Brooks do a great job. They have built our home at 144 Wiregrass Way and it's a great house. The workmanship is excellent and Will is someone you can trust and depend on. We would highly recommends him to anyone that is looking to construct a luxury home in the Santa Rosa Beach area. We have been very pleased with him and his employees.

We are about 2/3 complete on our new home in WaterColor. Borges Brooks and especially Will Tiller have been phenomenal to work with throughout this process. They are completely transparent, follow through on their promises and have wonderful standards. They also have done a great job managing to a budget. I hired Borges Brooks to build my beach home after interviewing 5 other companies in addition to theirs. This is the first home that was constructed for me and both Scott and his site manager Bruce worked patiently with me as I offered my opinions, many of which were not realistic and as I asked questions that are the hallmark of a first time novice. They wanted me to understand the process and made me feel like a valued member of the process, not just a bystander. Scott and Dave both worked hard to help me save money without sacrificing the integrity of the house. They helped me save over $1,000 on the porch floors suggesting a comparable but less expensive wood that looks fantastic. They also helped me address the flooring in the house and their advice saved me another $1,000. I get a lot of compliments on the floors which are white oak, not heavily stained with planks of varying lengths and widths. Their input on electrical, plumbing and other areas of construction were invaluable and helped me save several thousands of dollars. They were responsive both during and after construction was completed. I took possession of the house in late 2015 and I have been delighted with the quality and all of the little touches that make my home unique.
