Braswell Homes Inc

We're currently using Braswell to build our new home. They have been outstanding from the planning stage through project execution. We brought Bryan a few ideas reflecting our aspirations and he worked with us to create a beautiful plan for our new home. Logan (Project Manager/ Superintendent) is top notch. He's extremely detailed, very flexible, and has our best interest in mind. We're about 50% complete with the project and we couldn't ask for a better builder. Braswell Homes has superb quality, great service, and builds a gorgeous home.

Totally gutted the inside of our older home and are very pleased with the results. They were very professional and the work was above anything we could have imagined. Braswell Homes do quality work and have great visions on improving the layout of your home to fit your lifestyle.

Bryan and Logan helped build us our forever dream home! Their work is top notch and very high quality. They also brought great design ideas to the table that allowed us to improve upon our existing house plans. We had never built before and were a bit hesitant, but Team Braswell really made the process smooth and enjoyable. And, they've continued to stand behind their work and have addressed any warranty items that have arisen along the way. We highly recommend them!

I hope this spares someone else from making the same mistake we did. We were enamored by the strong " sales pitch" from Braswell . Horrible experience ! No superintendent assigned to the project ( over 400k) . The sub contractors were decent but lacked of direction once on the job site . Serious and costly mistakes were made during the demolition . Thankfully we found an experienced , contractor to take over and finish our project. I would stay away from Braswell homes or speak to other that have used him first.
