Brett Lott Homes

We hired Brett Lott Homes to build a custom home in 2020 and we were very impressed! Brett and Clint are responsive and detail-oriented, traits that are uncommon in the general contracting world. Brett offers a true custom construction experience, allowing his clients to start with a blank piece of paper and a custom architect. He does not have cookie-cutter plans that are merely customizable, like most builders. Everything in the home, from the type of texture to the door knobs and faucets, is chosen by the client. The entire process is guided by the "Builder Trend" app, which displays the schedule, upcoming selection deadlines, change orders etc. The app facilitates communication between the contractor and client and keeps the project on schedule. I highly recommend Brett Lott, Clint and the rest of the team for Tri-City residents who would like a custom home. Very impressed!

My husband and I were very satisfied with the work that Brett did in building our home. He was able to help us with every aspect of construction including installing the well, building the road, and tweaking the house plan we chose to fit what we wanted. Brett hired very competent subcontractors who did excellent work and he compared bids in some cases to save us money. Brett also paid a lot of attention to detail that we would have missed initially. I can't say enough about Brett as a builder. I would recommend him to anyone.

I enjoyed working with Brett Lott in the building of our home. If I had any concern he would get right back to me. He was very easy to work with. He let me know if there were problems and things were behind schedule.I am happy with the work that I received from him.

After horror stories from people who worked with other builders, it was a scary proposition to decide to build a house. We picked the right builder. Brett was always available for questions and help. He would give us his opinion but would leave any decision up to us. (no bullying or strong arming like I have heard with other builders) Any change we suggested Brett would make sure we knew the cost in time and money before it was started. We could see the respect all of his subcontractors gave him because he was such a up right person to work for. Anything that we needed changed got changed. Brett was right on schedule and we love our house.
