After much research into local builders, we decided to purchase a Brighton home. As we were moving in, we ran into a unique problem that involved an honest mistake on Brighton's part. I'm happy to review that Brighton absolutely did the right thing and corrected the mistake and worked carefully with us to ensure we were happy with the solution. As we worked with various contractors throughout the retrofitting process they all had great things to say about Brighton and their honesty and transparency. The process for purchasing the home was smooth and punctual. The home itself is stunning with quality finishes and craftsmanship. The longer we live in the home the more we appreciate how much thought and care was put into the design and finishes of the home. Their warranty is excellent, and we feel like they have taken care of us. I heartily recommend purchasing a Brighton home.

Our new home is just perfect. I grew up helping my dad build custom homes and this one is as good as a custom build. We have been in the house for about a month. We had a few extremely minor fixes that we let them know and we had people out within a week. Not your normal extremely quick service after you buy a new home but Brighton really wants their customers happy. Everything is so well done and we didn't have to compromise on anything even though it was a spec home. They have a great reputation and we now know why. Really expecting to have to fix things due to it being a brand new home but NOTHING has to be fixed. Can't thank Brighton and the team for building our forever home.

Although we bought our Brighton home from out-of-state, everyone with the company made the process easy and seamless. From the purchasing process to the finished product, we could not have asked for more.

Where do I begin???? I have purchased a home in the Cadence 55+ community and absolutely LOVE everything about it! I started this move back in February 2023,,, was living in another state and after my husband of 58 yrs passed away.. I needed to be closer to my son and family here in Meridian Idaho! "Mom! They are building this new really nice 55+ community just a street or so away from my house! Think about moving here,,, closer to us and so much better for you physically and mentally!. I did.. I investigated ..I bought.... & I just moved into my new beautiful 3 bedroom/2 bath home on September 21, of this year. The planning and moving experience to Cadence was absolutely made so easy by some wonderful people they have employed with Cadence and Brighton homes! Beginning with McKenna holding my hand literally thru the buying/planning process & then there was Jeremy & Josh and Sarah and a host of others that made my transition to Cadence such a smooth one.... right down to the title company Venture! Everyone was so easy to work with. I can't give enough praise for everyone here in the Cadence Community and just love my new Brighton home! I love my new home and the folks that are in this community, all so friendly & the clubhouse and all of the amenities is just what I needed! I'M HOME!
