We started working with Browning Homes last month on building a townhouse in North Richland. Doug has proven to be very professional. Doug has been very flexible with our changes. Also, his integrity has spoken volumes to us. As we tour the construction site, the contractors he has chosen have been excellent; they are quality craftsmen in their trade. We tend to be perfectionists, so, watching the framing go up as been spectacular as the framers have been nothing but spot-on perfect! We look forward to moving in this summer.

We hired Doug Browning to build a 3600 sq ft custom home for our family in 2009. Doug's focus on quality and attention to detail was exceptional. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the building process. There are many decisions to be made by a homeowner throughout the construction process and we were impressed with Doug's thoughtful consideration and experienced direction with every decision to be made. We felt he was fair and reasonable in every regard and we have been very pleased with both the process and the finished product.

We hired Browning Homes to help us design a floor plan & build our home almost 5 years ago. Our home was completed by the estimated date he gave us. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. Doug is a very honest, hard working, absolutely no surprises business man, keeping us well informed at all times. His work is second to none! We love our beautiful home & if we ever build again, he will definately be our builder.

Browning Homes built our personal residence. Doug designed our home after listening to our wants and needs. He listened closely and gave his opinions to guide us to our dream home. He took a lot of time with us upfront to make sure we were getting what we wanted...both in design and cost. Doug and his team were also great during construction. They gave us a timeline upfront and kept us informed on how the job was going. Any change orders (and there weren't that many) were discussed upfront. All of the subs were great to work with as well. At the end Doug went through everything and made sure we understood how our house worked. We also received a book with all of the instructions, warranties, and a list of subcontractors. The bid came in very close to the original bid. The allowances Doug set definitely covered what we were looking for. This wasn't our first custom built home, but it was definitely the best experience by far! We love our dream home and would definitely use Browning Homes again! We are sure that Doug would create your dream home as well.

Doug Browning designed our home with a beautiful, grand entrance using professional architectural software. He was very patient through the process even though we made several revisions. He really wanted us to have the home we desired in every small detail. He was very flexible in the budgeting and planning process and helped us to achieve our dream home. Doug Browning is known for his finish work and he did not disappoint with our house. The fireplace and column work is simply stunning. We would highly recommend him to anyone wanted to build a home with high-end finish work.

He cares about the ionsulation systems his customers receive because he understands the savings that creates over the life of the home. He really focuses on doing things right. He is also good to work with from a sceduling standpoint. We are never working over the top of other trades which means the work we perform is always great.
