Build Nashville

Build Nashville was so easy to work with and very helpful during our entire process. We love every inch of our beautiful home and would recommend them to any friends or family looking to build, or buy new.

Last year, I enlisted the help of Build Nashville and their staff to build the house I really wanted. They came to me highly recommended and after going through a lengthy process of vetting a number of builders, and after getting to know the people on their staff, I became quite comfortable with them and embarked on a fabulous journey that brought me an incredible home that is a wonderful compliment to the neighborhood. I am supremely confident that they built me one fine structurally sound home that will certainly last me a lifetime. One of the main things that made me so comfortable throughout this build was the integrity displayed by the owners, project managers, office staff, to include those who helped with selection, design, and warranty. As with any project of this size, there are plenty of times when character and integrity are tested and they certainly made me comfortable every time knowing that they built and cared for this process as if they were building their own home.

Build Nashville are excellent builders in Nashville. I highly recommend them for their unique designs, quality and exceptional customer service. Most of the homes by Build Nashville are anything but cookie-cutter. No two houses are the same and it's wonderful to have such a unique, well-planned home. Our transition to home ownership was easy thanks to the astute design, great workmanship and quality of materials used. When our first year warranty came up we requested for a few fixes and the Build Nashville team dealt with our concerns rationally and fervently, without delay. They have such a wonderful team, who went above and beyond to ensure that we can enjoy our home for the long-term. We are so glad to be home owners of a Build Nashville home and have the utmost appreciation and praise for the great company they are.

I would work with Build Nashville over and over again! I loved my experience from meeting in coffee houses to build our dream home to doing our final walk through! They are the best!

Oh my god, please don't look for another builder. These guys are LEGIT. Not only did they wrap up our build on time but also under budget! The whole staff with Build Nashville is the greatest...special shout out to Jess for dealing with our crazy antics throughout the process! Seriously though, if you're looking for a builder in the Nashville area, THESE GUYS ARE IT!

I purchase my first home in August of 2017 -- a Build Nashville project. I could not imagine a more satisfactory experience. My neighborhood is up and coming, and a large part of that is the result of Build Nashville's work (my neighbor across the street hired Build Nashville to demo and rebuild their home as well). The quality of construction is exemplary, but their after-the-fact customer service is just as amazing. The only issue I have had -- which was the result of an extended torrential downpour that Jaime and Shawn could not have foreseen -- was remedied to 100% satisfaction quickly and efficiently, all while working around my schedule. Plain and simple: this is a great company run by great people!

Build Nashville was extremely professional in building our home. They were able to meet prior to construction and provide a detailed schedule, explain the best layout for our every day, and keep us calm as we were planning our future home. Once construction started, they met every deadline and over performed on all of the small details. Overall we were extremely impressed with the owners, employees, and subcontractors!

From working with their recommended architect to design by dream home to allowing me to literally choose the hinges on my doors, Build Nashville was an incredible group to work with. We have been in the house two years now and if anything I love it even more than the first day we walked in. They went beyond my dreams and utilized every square foot of space with amazing closets even in secondary bedrooms. I highly recommend them if you want a gorgeous well built home that you will enjoy making memories in!
