Kravet Inc. worked closely in conjunction with both the Landlord (Naples Redevelopment Corp) and BUILD LLC on the conversion of the old Naples Millwork shop at 959 - 1st Ave South in downtown Naples into a premier home textile and furnishings showroom for the Southwest Florida interior design industry. The existing building was stripped down to just a few exterior walls and the roof. Based on both Kravet and Owner details and specifications, BUILD LLC added a new storefront façade, roofing, skylights and windows, interior walls, doors, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems including the installation of all interior finishes. BUILD LLC provided exceptional service throughout the construction process and until we opened the showroom. Their attention to client needs and requirements as well as the detailing that was expected met or exceeded our expectations. Issues that arose during construction were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Both Danville Leadbetter the project manager and Trent VanHorn the site superintendent on this project were able to maintain the quick pace that was required, the change of course that was needed now and then, the level of finish that was specified, all while keeping everyone on schedule for an on-time delivery and opening date. Kravet has been and remains very happy with the build-out, coordination and pre/post services provide by Build LLC. It was a pleasure to have the opportunity to work with such professionals/ company. Build LLC has certainly delivered on a project that both Kravet and its clientele are proud to call their ‘home’ in Naples and Southwest Florida.
