I have used the C. Scott Whitten Company for over 33 years on a diverse group of home construction related projects. Most recently they designed and constructed a driveway portico for my home. What's amazing about this company, when the project is done, you would never know an addition or modification had taken place. The end result looks as if it were part of the original plan when the home was designed. In fact, it actually looks so much better, you wonder why it was not part of the plan to begin with. Also very impressive, is the fact that the company has been using the same group of subcontractors for over 33 years. They are also excellent communicators with each other, sometimes sharing an idea or advising one another on how best to work through an issue that naturally comes up during most any remodel or home addition project. Mr. Whitten keeps a watchful eye on the project from inception through completion. He communicates frequently with the homeowner, and is always available should you have questions or perhaps a curiosity about how something is being done. Although Mr. Whitten is not old enough to be my father, in many ways it's like having one's trusted and talented father personally doing the job just for you. Every project the C.
