“I have know Carl Jacobs for many years. I contracted with him in early 2000 to build me a wonderful two story country style home. It was and is the envy of the neighborhood. Carl is a true professional and really knows his trade. Any problem I had before the construction was complete or even after it was complete he was there to work the issue. I am 100% satisfied with the work he did for me and I would whole heartedly recommend him to anyone building a new home or having their home remodeled. I know you will be totally satisfied with the finished product.”

“I live in one of the first homes built by Verge Properties in 2019. I purchased the home as new construction, but it was not a custom build by Chris. That being said, Chris has treated me like a friend and custom customer since the moment we entered into the contract. Even minor fit and finish issues were taken care of prior to purchase. He has always been happy to provide advice, answer questions, or recommend vendors for anything I've needed with the property. Every vendor that he has recommended have been impeccable, from painters to installers for custom rolling patio screens. At every moment, Chris has stood behind his work, and I adore living in this house. My wife even jokes that I bother Verge too much and that they shouldn't be so nice to us. But they are. I highly recommend Verge Properties.”
