With a dead line of 3 weeks, Mr. Dover installed beautiful walnut hardwoods throughout our home, created a gourmet kitchen, placed custom built in bookshelves, a custom mantel for our fireplace, and updated our staircases with iron spindles. He greatly exceeded our expectations by meeting our deadline requirements while giving us our dream home. Since moving in, we decided to continue updating and had Adam renovate our guest bathroom. Finally we decided on Ken because he was willing to focus on keeping the project in our budget (which was very important to us), and we felt like he was trying to insure we got the house we wanted and took care of all the details. And there were plenty of details involved because our house is handicap friendly. And we loved our house after it was done. “My husband & I have had the privilege of working with Todd Reed & Ron Reed for many years. Todd was very helpful when we were trying to determine the house plan that we wanted to use to build our second home. There were some changes that we wanted to make to the original plan & he made the process so simple & easy for us. Todd was also very helpful in keeping us on budget. Ron was available for us it seemed like on a daily basis. He oversaw every step of the building process & made sure the work was done with excellence. After moving into our home they worked hard to correct the few issues that we had. We have also worked with Reed Brothers on a professional level as well. My husband has installed the septic systems for Todd & Ron for many years. They are always clear in the instructions of where the system needs to be placed as well as providing the proper permits & paper work for our job to run smoothly. “My wife and I bought a gorgeous home built by ETB Homes in Buckhead, Atlanta. We saw it before it was even finished and knew it was the home we wanted to raise our children in. And we couldn't be happier with our home -- no buyer's remorse here at all! You see a lot of builders willing to build anything anywhere, but with our home it's clear there was serious forethought put into its design and floorplan and it just works great. And what's more is they respond to e-mails, calls, or texts very quickly! You don't see that level of responsiveness that often in this industry. We haven't had any wear-and-tear issues. When we had our home warranty four-month walkthrough, they told us you typically see nail pop-outs and such at this time. We have none. In fact, the only two issues we've had were very minor -- a fireplace remote and one GFCI outlet in the basement and they were corrected immediately. We consider ourselves very lucky to have found an ETB Home!”
