“Can not say enough about Ron, owner of Westshore Homes and Renovations. Feel we won the lottery by choosing him as our builder. His attention to detail is second nature and has made our building process fun. He has a lot of experience and it shows. He's always available and is tremendous help in eliminating stress that often accompanies the building process. His ability to strategically stage a custom built home has been the biggest blessing. From moving the dishwasher to better accommodate convenience to eliminating closet doors as a way to create more workable space are just a couple to mention... Mistakes are inevitable when building, however having a professional eye that is able to catch and correct quickly is vital to help create a smooth building process for the customer. During our building process we had a tornado go down our street causing significant damage to just about every home... Our structure was virtually untouched. I credit this to the high quality material used and thorough workmanship. Ron even hired a private inspector who was more thorough than the one provided by the city. Ron exceeding all expectations. Our home is more beautiful then ever imagined! Not only beautiful, but also convenient and well organized. Choosing Ron was the best decision we made. He really helped us understand where to spend money to make the biggest difference and enhance the quality, the living and investment of our new home. We cannot thank him enough! He is the best! “DELTA BUILD SERVICES WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND I built 2 homes with DELTA. In spite of the hurricane and the logistics of getting material, DELTA definitely went well above and beyond to ensure that my homes were built on schedule!! They worked overtime to complete my homes. Jess and Ashley were extremely helpful in staying on top of Cape Coral to get my CO done in a timely manner. Jess also helped from day 1 to the very end in helping me pick out colors of everything in both of my houses. Thru out both jobs, Joe stayed on top of the schedule to make sure everything was always moving forward and kept me informed every step of the way! Towards the end of my build Gabriel went thru with me and ensured that EVERYTHING on the punch list was done to my satisfaction. During the beginning of the process of my builds, I had the opportunity to sit with the owner, Ron. He spent over an hour with me going over what I could expect during the process of building my 2 houses. During the end of my builds, I had a time constraint for these to builds. I contacted Ron and asked if he could he help me meet my deadline. Ron personally got involved and got his team together and made sure that my homes made the deadline that I requested. Prior to these 2 builds, I have never met Ron nor did know anything about his company. Because of Ron and his people and what they did for me, they will have my loyalty as I build more homes in the future!!!”

“Bill Teutsch was the prime contractor for our kitchen remodel. He met with us to discuss the design objectives and then provided cost estimates for the various options. His prices were competitive with several others, however Bill's methods were much better. Bill met with us as a project partner, not as a salesman. The actual work involved several subcontractors and Bill worked with them to deliver and install the components in a timely manner. The quality of work was top notch. As an example of Bill's dedication, some of the work occurred while we were away from Sanibel. Our 10 year old water heater failed and Bill arranged for his plumber to replace the water heater at cost to us. We highly recommend Bill Teutsch for your remodeling project. Sue and Chuck”

“We've been in our Key West-style home in Sarasota, Fla., for two years and continue to be as happy with it as we were on Day 1. Our builder, Duane Clayton, knows Sarasota -- its codes, its trends, its tradespeople. He has built several types of homes of various sizes in our area. He is a green builder and our utility bills continue to impress. As the house went up, Duane was either on site or accompanying us on one of our many searches for materials. Several neighbors whose homes were constructed by national companies could not believe the teamwork and attention we enjoyed with our independent builder. Duane is smart and confident, yet flexible. And he's an all-around nice guy.”

“PMC is a pleasure to work with. He won the contract to build our 625 sq. ft addition to our existing home at a fair price. Paul is a hands on contractor and will do much of the work himself or work right along side his subcontractors. He's licensed to do contracting work in Cape Coral as are all his subcontractors. He is always on top of the permits and inspections. I would not hesitate to recommend PMC to anyone considering having something built, painted or reroofed. My neighbor has already hired him to paint and reroof his house.”
