“In 2005, my Wife and I relocated back to the Vancouver area from florida. We were in the market for a one level house and very few were available or at least not the suited our needs. We were introduced to Fazzolari Custom Homes. John worked with us in locating a lot and then worked with my Wife and I in developing the floor plan that we wanted. John and his crew continued to work with us all through the building process on any changes. As an example, We were visiting the building site on this one day while the framing was in process. The crew just happened to be framing one of the bathrooms in one of the master bedrooms (there are two) and were laying out the shower area. My Wife and I left the site and went to a local restaurant for lunch and my Wife said she wasn't sure she liked the shower design and she did a few quick sketches on a napkin. We went back to the house and showed the changes to Johns Forman and even though the original design had been started he pulled up the framing ,laid out the new changes my Wife had sketched on the napkin. Now that won't happen with the average builder. We would recommend John Fazzolari for any project you may be planning. You won't be disappointed.”

“Grove was the builder for our home. Our experience was great. He was consistently available for questions and thoughts. He walked us through the process and managed the project professionally. The build occurred on schedule and within budget. We have been very happy in our home. Carey helped us with designing the home we were building. She was involved in recommending layout, interior products such as fixtures and surfaces, and overall look of the home. Carey was great and a huge help.”

“Jeff Hand has remodeled two bathrooms and a front porch for me, and supervised the construction of a concrete staircase. Jeff is a master craftsman, does immaculate carpentry, and he is a perfectionist. He is completely transparent about costs and timing, knowledgeable about all aspects of construction, and highly skilled in dealing with subcontractors and material suppliers. I've relied on Jeff for both design and execution. His solutions are practical and elegant. Examples: putting a washer and dryer under a long countertop in a narrow bathroom and making it work both visually and functionally; designing and building (from scratch, and in the pouring rain) a new front porch that gives character to an otherwise dull Victorian. In every case his eye for design is ruled by proper building technique. He pays equal attention to the overall scheme and the smallest detail. I give him the highest recommendation.”

“Brad Skreen did renovations of three bathrooms and one laundry room for us. They weren't total tear-outs and rebuilds, and Brad was easy to work with in meeting our needs and budgets. What little work we weren't totally satisfied with was quickly corrected. In fact, Brad noticed some defects in work that we hadn't seen and had them corrected. He did a good job in ordering tile (not overbuying), guiding us to suppliers and hiring high quality workmen. He was onsite once or twice almost every day work was being done. When a tub was chipped during demolition, he took care of the repair out of his pocket. I wouldn't say his price was cheap, but it seemed entirely reasonable. Some months after the bathroom work, no problems have cropped up.”
