“We enjoyed working with Mark and Enna to remodel and update our master bathroom. Mark was especially helpful during the planning phase when he listened patiently to our endless questions and provided useful information and suggestions that helped us reach decisions about project materials and stylistic choices. After work began, Mark and Enna continued to be very responsive to us regarding scheduling aspects of the work and finalizing decisions about the details. Throughout the process, they stressed that the goal was to create a master bathroom that we would really enjoy, even if that meant occasionally changing our minds about details or adding new work at times. This was our first major renovation project, and we feel that Mark, Enna and their team did a great job guiding us through it and creating a great new room to enhance our home.”

“My kitchen now looks beautiful and new again, I hired HomeTech to remodeled my kitchen counter tops and my faucet, they were very helpful and got the work done professionally and fast, they even replaced a piece of wood that the pipe with a leak got very wet and humid. The communication with them was very fast and convenient. I am a very curios person so I asked several questions and they were very open to answered them all. “We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”
