We are so pleased, not only with the craftsmanship and special considerations in our working relationship, but with the follow up service regarding the workings and settling issues of a new home. Deadlines were met within a reasonable timeframe and communications on change orders were explained in detail. As an artist, it was exciting to be able to see my ideas become reality under Robs direction and my husband's engineering requirements were carried out with great detail. Rob listens well, is a genius of a builder with many innovative, sustainable ideas in his homebuilding ethic and is willing to think out of the box in architectural detailing. “Dovetail Construction performed a complete remodel of our home, (See Spring Creek home photos on Dovetails site) a challenge made more difficult by the fact that we lived 1200 miles away. Their budgets were practical and accurate, communications were detailed, timely and concise, their construction schedule was adhered to, and move in happened as planned in April. It was a "can do" attitude through out the entire project. Dovetail is: *Craftsmanship, communication, pride, service, and commitment, made possible by Tim R. and Kevin S. professional construction educations in civil engineering and construction management, prior work experiences, life long friendship and their commitment to their clients. They are the real McCoy. I had been a commercial construction executive for 30 years and have experienced much. It has been a pleasure working with Dovetail. Companies like theirs are hard to find.”

“Alpenglow just completed our home and we highly recommend them for a custom project. We were out of state, only on site once a month, and everyone at Alpenglow communicated very well with phone calls, pictures, emails and the use of Co-Construct. We were always consulted every step of the way on every decision. Our project manager, Daniel, took personal pride in giving us excellent service and the office manager, Sara, was quick to respond to our questions. The subs worked very hard on our behalf, going above and beyond. It was truly a collaborative effort with every team member bringing innovative ideas that incorporated our suggestions then taking them to the next level. Andy did a superlative job in estimating costs and any changes we requested were always accompanied by a discussion as to their impact on the bottom line. This is our forever home and it is even more than we hoped for, thanks to Alpenglow.”

“Dave Jupe, the owner, has to be one of the most down to earth, friendliest persons on the planet. He built my home in Montana in 2013-14 and was also the project manager as I was in Maui while the home was being constructed from the ground up. He made some fantastic suggestions like putting in a full basement and adding a toilet in our mezzanine, which were not in the original plans and are we ever so grateful we went with his suggestions. This small house is a lofty "A" frame with huge custom windows in the front and it came out perfect, we couldn't be happier. Its so well insulated, and well built, the sheet rock is super smooth which was important as I showcase my light sculptures in the home. Thank you Dave!”
