“I had just bought a new house and was getting a quote to have my kitchen redone and they gave me a very reasonable quote which inlcuded all that I wanted done. The person who quoted me was very knowledage and I could tell had been doing this for a long time. I had been shopping around to get the best price and they were able to beat all of the other prices that I had gotten. Also, I was shown some of the other work that they have done and it was absolutely perfect! I attached one of the images from another location that they had sent me. In the end I didn't get this work done becuase my house loan had to be done differently and I wasn't able to inlcude the renovations in the loan. I am now saving up to get this done for my new house which I perchased last year.”

“Jeff and his staff have the utmost integrity. We spend almost 2 years knowing and working with Jeff Wolf and we couldn't have been more impressed. They did so by keeping our goals and our budget in mind while STILL building to the highest standards. “We bought a house knowing it was a fixer-upper. Unfortunately watching home renovation shows doesn't prepare you for what is really involved when your house is filled with mold, water damage, outdated wiring, leaking plumbing, and just plain ugly. Oh, and as the cherry on top, it smelled disgusting. If we hadn't worked with Shaun and the team at Shelby Construction I am not sure where we would be at. We ended up having to rewire, replumb, replace the HVAC system, get rid of termites, and at the end of the day gut the house to studs and rebuild it. I now have my dream house and love every room in it. Shaun and his team worked with us every step of the way and I HIGHLY recommend them for any construction project. They stand behind their work, are there when you have questions, and have quality people working for them.”

“In June of 2011, our 86 year old home was flooded from the top down in a surprise storm. We chose the wrong day to get a new roof! For four hours the sky dumped water into our house. The plaster ceilings were falling before the rain even stopped. Jay Fechtel and his amazing team were hired to put our house back together. It is far better than it ever was before. Their wise counsel provided guidance to renovate and improve the house. It looks amazing inside and out and is so much more functional and efficient. We are very thankful for their expertise and comforted, despite the loss of many of our personal belongings in the flood, that our house was preserved as a home and investment with great returns. We have a great many pictures of the flood and building/addition process but the project will not be complete till the end of July. Will happily provide pictures upon completion.”
