“We were trying to get an extension added to our house (~1400 sq. ft., 11 people), and Kessler Construction was very patient in wading through our changes and requests from the lending bank. We appreciated every effort that was made to make this project a reality. Unfortunately market conditions rendered the project unfeasible from the bank's perspective, but it was definitely not related the quality of work from Kessler.”

“Dear Jason: When we started construction on our new home, in December 2013, I have to admit I was apprehensive. I had talked with so many naysayers – people who tried to talk me out of building a custom home. People who told me to expect delays, annoyances and disgruntled sub-contractors. And when they learned I was building in Tallahassee, all the way from Atlanta – oh, wow! My mother-in-law practically begged me to move my family to Tallahassee so I could keep a closer watch on the building process, claiming I would need constant oversight to make sure construction was done right. Jason, my experience with White Oak Construction could not be further from what those naysayers described. I have enjoyed every single minute of this project. So much so that I’m a bit nostalgic it’s coming to an end (although excited about finally moving to Tallahassee!). From the very beginning – when you helped design our plan – I knew my home was a priority for you. I truly appreciate your constant availability to answer my questions – at 6 a.m., 11 p.m., and every hour in between. Even though I did not heed my mother-in-law’s advice and stayed in Atlanta, I never felt out of touch. You kept me informed and involved in every detail, big and small, and I thank you for that. “Our experience could not have been better. They were always willing to answer questions that came up. They made themselves available to show the house at our convenience also explaining how to use the custom features of the house. We have never seen any of these custom smart home features on any other homes we have seen. These are our first green home and it is the most comfortable home we have ever seen and we can not believe how energy effect this home is. They are Wonderful people, wonderful experience. “Verge Technology recently installed a security system with access control features for our community pool. Sean and John Michael were both very thorough throughout the proposal and installation process. They took the time to explain their installation choices and answer any small questions I had about their location choices, tech specifications, etc. For someone who was not entirely familiar with this field, Sean made a tremendous effort to make sure I understood what was going on throughout the installation. They completed the job very quickly and made sure that the system was entirely functional before they stepped foot off the job site. Although there were some unexpected obstacles throughout the installation, Verge pivoted immediately and found the best solution for the property owner, even if it took an additional effort on their part. We will continue to rely on Verge Technology as our preferred vendor for all things access control, video monitoring, automation, etc.”
