Our experience from initial contact with Ken Castro and his sons to visualizing our dreams with Rudy, the amazing home designer, were superior to all the custom home stories I had heard. The foundation was poured at the start of June and we moved in at the end of December. Our project manager - Jaime- worked from day 1 to stay on top of the build and ensure each step was done well. The entire process was a positive one and we believe much of that starts with the vision and work ethic of KC Custom Homes and those who work for this company. “My husband and I are still in the design stage for our new home that we are building in the Barton Creek area of Austin, Texas, but already Gery Wilde has impressed us tremendously. We are new to the Austin area, so Gery walked several lots with us and helped us to choose one that is going to be a perfect fit. He's taken us to see gorgeous, high-quality homes that he has built, or is building, to help us to get a feel for room sizes, finishes and layout. He LISTENS to us....and also lends us good advice regarding building trends and items to pay attention to for resale value. He has sat in on most of the meetings with our architect, Chuck Krueger, and the two work together amazingly well. We can't wait to break ground and see the realization of our "Dream Home"and we are thrilled that Gery Wilde is our builder!”

“Very good team, bathroom and kitchen renovations. Bathrooms were re-tiled and cabinetry replaced; kitchen was renovated, complete demo and rebuild. Installed stranded bamboo flooring, redid plumbing (toilets included). Recessed lighting installation. Workers are very clean and removed all trash daily during demolition; trustworthily crew; conscientious and reasonable. Workers are punctual, helpful and have a great attitude which makes the difference in every aspect of the job.”

This project was new construction restrained by a dramatic site as the house sat at the edge of a bluff overlooking the lake.
