“We looked at single family detached homes for nearly 2 years. We looked at new construction and existing homes from far south suburbs to far west and north suburbs. Everything of the quality we were seeking was highly priced or had association fees that were extremely high. We found the Pratt development in Hugo and bought a lot the same day. The quality of these homes is very high, the pricing is very reasonable. We stopped nearly every day during the building process and the quality of the craftmanship was superior. They bend over backwards to make it a wonderful experience for the buyer. We love everything about our new home.”

“2nd time building with NIH, and would do it again without a second thought! Their communication is fantastic. NIH listened carefully to our needs and wants and met them all! The whole team works together making the process easy, seamless, and honestly it's a ton of fun! NIH's designer works with you for every selection and most of the time she thought of every question before I even had a chance...she is extremely organized and stayed on top of everything! We've had many friends build with other builders who sadly don't have fun, and are definitely very stressed. We chose to build with NIH for the second time, because we knew that they made the process easy, the quality is top notch, and even the follow-up and care for the customer after the fact is way above the competition! He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“From the moment we walked into their model home, it was everything and more of what we were looking for. At the time we were just "looking" as we were not set on building yet. After speaking with Zehnder homes about our situation with selling our house and whether or not building was even an option or in our budget, they helped us make the decision to build a no brainer. Since the house is a custom build, we were able to work with Zehnder homes to come up with a budget that would work for us while still having the elements, details and design we really wanted in our first real home. The process was easy going and really not stressful at all. Making selections was easy since we had pre-determined ones to pick from, however if we didn't like any of those, we could go find others on our own. It was also great to be able to come up with our own ideas. Once we had the vision, everyone was super helpful with finding a way to make it happen. Zehnder homes was great to work work from beginning to finish. Everyone was professional but personable in their own way which made working with them easy and fun. They were always was very willing to go the extra mile to help when we had questions and since I always had a million of them, we could not have appreciated that more. For us, building a new house was not stressful at all and we could not be happier with the end result.”
