"I purchased my 2nd Accurate Development home just 2 years ago. I looked at other homes and other builders but didn't see the same quality and attention to detail in their homes that I had in mine. I needed a larger home or I would have stayed in my original Accurate home. The quality was impressive. I received compliments each time someone new visited my home. I moved into my first Accurate Development home in 2003 and my second in 2014 and I couldn't be a happier homeowner. When I purchased my second home, I had an extremely tight deadline. I love the sense of community built by Accurate Development and carried on by its home buyers. When I sold my first home and looked for another, it finally came down to not being able to give up the quality and workmanship but just as much to the neighborhood. I knew I would never find a more caring, watchful neighborhood than an Accurate Development neighborhood. And that was the final "pro" on my list of Pros and Cons that helped me to decide that I had to be in an Accurate Development. I wouldn't be happy anywhere else."
