“I want to sincerely thank Harpe Development for our beautiful home. With 4 children now, we really out grew our previous house and it was time for an upgrade. And WHAT an upgrade it is! Building a house is not the easiest thing to do especially when you re not handy or design savvy. But Dustin, Cory, John & Jason really made the process an easy one. I can t imagine if I didn t have Cory & John to help me pick all the things that make a house beautiful and a good fit for my family. Any request I had was always granted, but not before we discussed our options and pricing first. That s what I loved the most. There were no hidden costs, or attempts to push upgrades in places where we didn t want or need them. Harpe was always very straight forward with all so there weren t any surprises. Any time an issue occurred a solution was provided . This surprised me as well...given we were building a pretty large house. Honestly for all the things that went right when building with Harpe, they exceeded our expectations. A special shout out to Jason for this! He always had a handle on everything on-site, working with contractors and fielding my phone calls/emails daily with questions or changes. His response time was always quick and courteous! Everyone told us building a house was awful, too much work and not worth the time. Apparently those people didn t build with Harpe. I m sure glad we didn t listen. Thank you everyone for the beautiful home! We look forward to a lifetime of memories thanks to you!”

During construction, Steve was incredibly responsive, oversaw every detail, inspired and encouraged creative ideas, and was always positve; he never cracked under the pressure we put on him. Steve's wife, Susan, was especially helpful in filtering for us the abundance of design choices and selections that go into a custom home. We could not have devoted the time to the selection and design process without Susan's tireless assistance and artistic input. The result of Gander Builders' work: a home that meets our needs and warms our hearts. Steve and Sue really created a work of art for us to live in, unique to us.”

As you go through the process, the people you meet will be professional and courteous. In the end, you have a well completed project.” We are very pleased with Platinum Touch. Vince listened on our first meeting and came back with what we asked, when we thought some more and the ability to express what I wanted and how we were going to use it, the designed adapted perfectly. The team was respectful of our budget and also of our needs as we stayed in our home during the construction process. There were no cost surprises or construction delays. The quality of the finished project is wonderful.”

“Rite Way created a beautiful and custom full bathroom on the first floor of our 100 year old home. The restroom was created from a useless small room in the rear of the house and is now one of the most beautiful rooms in the house. We were able to make every decision on finishes from start to finish and were extremely pleased with the end result. The work started at the height of the hottest summer on record and finished days before we returned home from the hospital with our first child. Everything was clean during the construction and the contractors were a joy to have in our home. There is not a single visitor that comes to our home that isn't overly impressed with the way the room turned out and we have not had a single issue with the workmanship or quality of the room. We will continue to use Rite Way for any renovation project in home, big or small, and cannot recommend them enough!”

“I thoroughly enjoyed working with Adam Barry of Barriere Construction, as well as, all of his team members who worked on my remodeling projects. I have worked with Barriere Construction on two separate occasions and would definitely call on them again for future projects. Some of the work performed by them include: Bathroom remodel, new engineered flooring, interior paint throughout entire house and kitchen remodel. “We started looking at builders to build our home in the neighborhood we were moving to. We are very happy we met Putman Builders. They worked with us while we were out of state then they had to deal with us on a daily basis when we moved into town while our house was being built. They were very patient with all of our questions, concerns, etc... Putman gave us a lot of options and even made changes from the orginal layouts they offered. We were extremely happy with all Putman employees and vendors/contractors. We have a Putman orginal and all their homes get customized to make sure everyone's homes are the same. They will work to make sure you are satisfied with the home you purchase or build! We would recommend them to anyone asking for a great builder.”
