There is no way we could have built the quality of home we got from Big Rock Homes for the price with anyone else. Eric Boucher took so much personal pride and really cared that our home turned out beautiful. He was honest and upfront with us through the entire process and I never once felt he was taking advantage of us. “Radiant Blue homes along with there sister company Sideone Exteriors built our beautiful, custom dream home! We are thrilled with they way it turned out, the quality and how fast it was completed! We had many people comment on how fast our house was built and how great it looks! Mike and Justin are awesome to work with. The whole construction process was a lot less stressful than we expected because of there attention to detail, organization, communicating with us on regular basis about project and high standards. They were building this home for us but there attention to detail and high standards made it feel like they were building this house for themselves. They understood our vision for our home perfectly and made suggestions, most of which we did, that have made our home flow and function so much better. Tracy the office manager put together a great homeowners book for us filled with great information along with a flash drive of pictures taken during the construction project. “We are absolutely thrilled with the work that Alcoa did for us. We wanted to add a sunroom to our home that needed to accommodate art studio space, bar, and an ample seating area. It had to have energy saving banks of windows and sliders among many other requirements. For us it was daunting, but Corey of Alcoa provided us with excellent suggestions and solutions. Corey presented us with a proposal that outlines every detail of the project and the time frame for each item. When all was said and done, we had the sunroom of our dreams, it was completed on time and with in budget. We were so pleased that we have asked Alcoa to proceed with another project for our home. Thank you Corey and your entire professional and gracious workers. ”

“when shopping for a house we couldn't find a favorite so decided to build and found American Heritage Homes in the neighborhood that we wanted to build. We talked to several residents in the neighborhood and they all claimed that AHH did a fantastic job. So we too had them build our favorite floor plan and we're a week away from closing. They have been great to work with and they communicate almost daily with updates and progress of the home. P.S the builder also lives in the neighborhood. That's been a plus”

“We really enjoyed working with Ence Homes while building our house, and I would definitely recommend them to anybody. The process was simply, straight forward, and most importantly....it was easy and fun. All of the folks we worked with, from the realtor, to the design center, to the project manager and even to the owner(s), were courteous, friendly, professional and made us feel important. We did run into a few hiccups with plans not being followed which caused us to have to reach out to our project manager to have items changed and/or added that were done incorrectly. However, they were quick to act and fix the mistakes. The only other feedback I have is the landscape on the side of our house. In defense of Ence Homes, they say that they will cover the front and side landscape and the homeowner is responsible for the back. Well on the west side of our property, there is a road so we had spoken to Ence about covering the landscape on a 10x20 piece of land (basically put rock down) so that it matched the rest of our front/side landscape (that are also facing the road). They agreed and said they'd do it, but when it came down to it, they reverted and wouldn't do it, leaving the back side of our landscape to be a different color from the rest of our property (as we couldn't find the rock they used on the rest of it). Overall, I would give Ence Homes a 4.7 star rating. Very friendly service. And again, easy and fun process.”

“Shawn Sullivan was our builder and he was amazing, he has amazing taste and a good eye for classy looking homes. His homes are high quality and energy efficient. We have been in our home for 2yrs now that he built us and now we are selling it and are going to build another custom home with him!
