“I consider myself fortunate to have had Jared Rakisits of Alexander Design Build as the contractor on three projects in Park City, Utah - one renovation and two new build residences. I was the Owner on each of these projects as well as the Architect. As an Architect with over thirty years of experience I am most particular concerning the quality of the people who I select to represent me on these type projects and I have never once had any reason to question Jared's competence, knowledge of the marketplace, relationship with his subcontractors or his ability to communicate effectively with all the regulatory players who are involved in the building process here in Summit County. Not only do I HIGHLY recommend Jared and his company, I feel so strongly about his contribution to the team that I will not build in Park City or Summit County if he is not the contractor.”

“Working with Brad from Burnside Homes was an absolutely fantastic experience. We added living space onto the entire back of our home, which is an enormous and complex undertaking. Brad was so easy to work with, had great subcontractors that were professional and timely, and his work is high quality. He was great to give us advice and then let us make our own decision, even if it wasn't what he would have done himself. Our home is now beautiful and well built (it wasn't before!), everyone who sees it is extremely complimentary. We enjoyed every step of the process, and liked Brad even more at the end than we did when we started. Everyone is shocked when we tell them we had a contractor that we loved, and we recommend him to all of our friends and family. Brad was honest, always kept us informed and updated, worked with our tight budget, and in the stressful process of a huge project, he became our friend.
