“I hired Solitude Homes to build my house. As a first time buyer/builder, I had a great experience. Cody was great to work with. He helped me use an existing floor plan and change it to meet my needs. I really enjoyed being able to pick out all of the materials for my house. The designer was very helpful. I would have liked to do a walk through with the electrician as well as pick out my lighting fixtures a little earlier. My house was finished pretty much on schedule and within budget. I felt like Cody was as excited as I was about my house. He was very helpful in customizing my plan and keeping it wthin the budget I had decicided on. My house turned out beautifully and I love coming home every day. I would definitely recommend Solitude Homes and if I ever build again, I will hire them again.”

“Summit log & timber homes have been a pleasure to work with organizing and building a large 10 000 sqft log home project we designed last year. The log shell was delivered in time and reassembled on site by Summit professional crew within schedule and it all fit together just right as per our plans. Owners Robert and Tim have been available by phone and email at all time to discuss construction details and logistics. Their decades of experience in the business shows. As a log home architectural designer, I do recommend Summit without any reservation.”

“My husband & I considered moving to Boise last year. After discovering Boise Hunter Homes in Lakemoor, we looked no further. Their excellence in quality, design, value, attention to detail and cheerful assisstance was superior to any Builder we had ever experienced. In spite of the fact that our future purchase was conditional, they cheerfully worked with us in choosing a lot and a home plan. Next, we worked with the building coordinator to make minor customized changes. Then their design coordinator worked with us to make outside & inside color choices, masonry choices, tile, granite, cabinetry, etc. She helped us with suggestions that we had never thought of resulting in our customized dream home. This was the 5th home that we had built and we have never been so well counseled & aided in every detail making us confident that this was the BEST home we had ever chosen. Unfortunately, we were unable to make the move and still dream of our perfect home! I can assure you -- we would unconditionally recommend Boise Hunter Homes -- and we still dream of our "perfect home" in Lakemoor.”

“We bought our home in the Tapestry development in July, 2020 and moved into it in December just as it was being finished. Julie Osgood was our realtor, Dan of course is the contractor and Bobby supervises the work. They were all present when escrow closed. A book was given to us with all the names of the companies and people who worked on various aspects of the house. If there is a problem with any feature or appliance we could call the people who preformed the work. As the work is guaranteed, we did this to work out the 'kinks' of a new house. People were happy to come out to do any adjusting and explain things we didn't understand. The house itself is beautiful and has high end finishing touches which endear us to the home. The rooms are large and since we spend a lot of time in our home this is important to us. David has set up his shop and I have set up the sewing room. We have a great room with with tables and shelves with activities for the grandchildren to use. The kitchen has cupboards with usable space up to the ceiling. I have a ladder and use this space. The canning jars and plastic ware are stored up there for Spring. The bedrooms have lighted walk-in closets. This is truly a lovely home. Sincerely, Mary Jo Jones”
