“If you are looking for a company that you can count on, this is the company to go with! We couldn't be happier. We had a house fire and had to rebuild the entire house. We were overwhelmed to say the least. Of course we got a quote from a few different people and these guys were VERY reasonable. The other part that was AMAZING was that they didn't quote just basic things, they quoted us with upgrades that they knew would make us happy and make for a better built home. Every step of the way they were easy to contact and always got back to us SUPER quick. We made changes along the way and they were happy to help. I would recommend them to everyone I know. “The kitchen/dining area in our Shandaken (Catskills), NY house--built in 1967 as an uninsulated hunters' lodge--was on its way out. The oven no longer worked, the third of the three refrigerators we went through was utterly inefficient, the cabinet drawers often stuck as if they were cemented in place! Long story short: Dan Dwyer and his excellent and friendly crew gutted the area, added insulation, installed recessed lighting, rewired extensively, and revamped the plumbing (so that we no longer need to crawl under the house to drain the pipes in winter). They installed the new cabinets perfectly. They removed a wall to extend the small kitchen. All that and more was AFTER Dan himself suggested a new design, including removing the wall, which worked beautifully. When we saw what his crew accomplished with the kitchen (where they discovered and eliminated mold, an unexpected health benefit), and noted the exquisite tiling of the new floor and back splash, we asked them to sand and poly the floor and staircase in the adjacent living room, install insulation there as well, and replace the molding (his suggestion, not ours). We could go on forever: Hire Dan and his people; you will be delighted.”

“Albert Cummings was hired as general contractor for the remodeling of our 19th century carriage barn. He and his wife, Christina, contributed a great deal to the pleasure of this project. Starting with an neglected bldg and restoring it to its magnificent state required many, many problem solving tasks. Responsive to our limited budget, Albert and his crew were simply wonderful to work closely on doing the right things. This building, one of the best in our small town, is a wonder to behold in no small part becuase of what Albert brought to the project. Highly recommend him for contracting and for his blues guitar playing. Amazing guy.”
