“First they came and give us an estimate that we really liked, we signed the contract to do the kitchen floors. Before they started the job I ask them to give me a price for the complete kitchen remodeling. again we liked the price and we signed the contract (BTW they helped us with financing the job). during the process we found out the electrical wiring needs to be replaced mike gave us very good price on that so we let them do it. they also gave us 3D design rendering that was great, we actually could see how the kitchen will look like.. Roy Mike and the team where very helpful they answered all of our concerns and even when we change things around they where very understanding and helped us to make our dream come true. we where very impressed when all city inspection pass at the first time. we love how our kitchen came out, it looks amazing like it came out of a catalog, its like living in a mention. we will use Baron construction again to do our roof in the in the near future. they did exactly what they promise and above. we are extremely happy that we choose Baron construction and remodeling to do our kitchen.”

“I hired RTC for an expansion of 621 sq ft addition to my home in 2017. Sergio said he could have the project done in 3-4 months and he delivered. He and his team are very straight-forward, honest and trust-worthy. His team can also help you decide on issues that may creep up as the project unfolds...such as unexpected discoveries that may not have been obvious at the start. In my case we learned that the old sheet rock had asbestos and were asked to remove all of it. RTC hired the appropriate removal company and thankfully it was only a 3 day delay. RTC and their team show up every day, as the work progresses, and they're responsive to your questions. I hired RTC the a second phase in 2019 to remodel the original two bdrms and turned the old bathroom into an en-suite. RTC does really beautiful work.”
