“Five-Star Recommendation! Metz Custom Homes came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint! Known for quality craftsmanship and attention to detail, he remodeled our entire first and second floor. We expanded our kitchen 10X22’, which left some of the roof covered with tarps. At 7:00 a.m., a severe rain storm hit and at 7:20 a.m., here’s Martin on a ladder making sure we had now leaks! I was hooked! He was willing to meet us with other vendors like cabinet makers, flooring subs, painters, etc to see that each detail supported the overall design plan. We were so pleased with his work, I invited him to GC my office building buildout. Again, can’t say enough about the final products! “We can’t say enough about Adam and Will. They are truly the best and we felt secure throughout the duration of our remodel knowing that they care about their clients and are passionate about the quality of their work. We feel that the Fortes build homes that are not only beautiful, but also inviting, special, and unique. We chose Forte Building Group because we wanted to add some of the “Forte" feel to our house. They basically changed the entire feel of our home for the better….making it more inviting and taking rooms that we really didn’t care for into rooms that we now love. In a way they are artists, not just contractors. The Fortes were always prompt in properly addressing and reconciling any concerns. Nashville has been growing by leaps and bounds and we think that it’s rare to find contractors whom you can trust like the Fortes. They use a very clear online budgeting/accounting system where you can look up the cost of each item and subcontractor during your project so you have an idea of all of the expenses. “We highly recommend the Tant Companies. We contracted Mark Tant and his company to upgrade our garage from a one-car to a two-car structure. Although a supposedly straightforward project, we are in an historic-overlay neighborhood and wanted to carefully select our general contractor. We obtained several bids, and when taking everything into account, including the start date, Mark’s was the most competitive. As soon as we agreed on plans, and all was cleared for demolition, Mark and his team started working. Throughout the process, Mark was very easy to work with: communicative, knowledgeable, and very professional. He was always monitoring his sub-contractors, and stepped up to the plate whenever tasks were delayed longer than expected—often doing the work himself. We have had numerous compliments on our new two-car garage, including one of the Metro inspectors who mentioned when he did the inspection late one afternoon that it was nice finishing his day with a a project that well made and reflected such careful attention to details.. The garage has become a testament to The Tant Companies’ craftsmanship, and it has resulted to additional requests for work from some of our neighbors. But the neighbors are not alone in admiring his work: we also highly endorse the Tant Companies.”
