“I had my bathroom completely remodeled through ECO design PRO. Ori Sakal and his workers removed my bathtub liner and replaced it with a stand up shower. They also installed tile on the walls and floor as well as a new double sink vanity. All The materials were purchased by me with the guide and advises of Ori Sakal. Ori told me the process would take a 2-3 weeks. It took almost 3 weeks and that's due to some previous work that was done by my plumber in which he did a few things wrong and Ori had to fix them. Ori Sakal did a good job and the new bathroom came out more than I expected and it showed me that there are great contractors that can do a good job at reasonable priced.”

“We received several quotes from contractors, some of whom tried to up sell or told us we couldn't do what we had envisioned and would need a completely different floor plan. But most were very pleasant and 3 came in at approximately the same bid price of 48,000. In the end, we chose IND Construction because we liked David and believed he would do what he said he would do. In the beginning David told us the job would take between 2 and 4 months to complete and it ended up taking a little over 2 months. Their were a few glitches along the way, such as finding that the wall we knocked out was in fact a retaining wall after the engineer had said that it wasn't. Or when a member of one work crew knocked our driveway gate out of the wall and just propped it back up without telling us. But as soon as any problem was encountered David had it fixed immediately, including figuring out how to put a giant beam across our ceiling to replace the retaining wall at no extra charge. Living in a construction zone for 2 months is never pleasant but the majority of subcontractors used by IND are very professional, clean and friendly. This made the experience better than expected. We would definitely work with David and his team again and we are very pleased with how well everything turned out.”

“We cannot say enough wonderful things about our remodeling experience with Bert Gleicher and Associates. We had heard all of the horror stories and it seemed a foregone conclusion that every project goes over budget and takes longer than anticipated. In our case, we stayed on budget and met our deadline. Bert and his team were always accessible, patient, reliable, prompt and detail oriented. On top of that, Bert is a lovely, trustworthy and kind man. The quality of the work is simply amazing. We could not be happier with our beautiful two-story guest house (which includes two gorgeous bathrooms and the most beautiful built-in cabinets I have ever seen), new driveway, patio, and outdoor space. Bert transformed our least favorite part of the house and property into our favorite. We know it’s crazy, but part of us is sad the project is over because we miss seeing the guys every day. “I moved into a Hollywood Hills home after being stuck in the Valley since 1989. My house was built in the 1930’is and not much on the house was very practical and usable. Bathrooms to small. Kitchen in an odd shape. No central AC. Walls, ceiling windows and doors not insulated. So i decided to completely remodel and add an addition to my house. Before calling Josef, I tried a calling a couple other companies first, but they were non-responsive. So I called Josef Veis with Focus Craft. The first time I called him he picked up the phone and scheduled a meeting right away. When he came to my house he recommended that we get his Surveyor involved cause to determine the property line. Right after that his Architect was brought on board permits were filed and shortly after the project begun. I had to move out from my house for six months. Everything was removed to the studs except some original details that were here since the 30’is and gave the house a unique old Hollywood feel. We opened up walls moved the kitchen to merge it with the Living room area. The kitchen made my place the perfect place to entertain and cook for my friends and Family. We put the addition on the back of the house to make my Master Bathroom and Bedroom bigger and in the more quite section of the house. All I can say that I am living in my dream home and I am very thankful to Josef and his team for making it possible. I can recommend him to anybody that wants to build their dream home.”

“I have started my ADU project with another company that ended up doing only Damage and spending my money. After everything happened I got contacted by SHENON Construction and they gave me fair price for getting the project done the way I want. To finish the project did not take long, It was about a 4/5 weeks till the project was done. I was skeptic in the beginning after everything that happened with the first company but I am so glad that I ended up doing my project with SHENON. Great customer service! I got everything that has been promised to me. And I started renting my ADU 2 weeks after the project was done! Thank you SHENON Construction team for the wonderful work.”
