“My husband and I hired Vincent to renovate our 108-year-old house. The project was very involved. We tore the original structure down to the studs and flooring, took off part of the house, and added back a kitchen, family room, amd master bedroom/bathroom suite. Vincent and Lydia worked with us every step of the way, helping us to make choices and guiding us along. Vincent is honest, knowledgeable, and thorough. The total custom “makeover” of our home on Carters Creek was complex and very extensive. Opening-up a 1970’s design home involved removal of walls, relocation/installation of a country kitchen and vaulted creek room among many other improvements. Mr. Harvey was extremely responsive to the numerous challenges of renovations and changes throughout our project. His ability to supervise sub-contractors was very important to keep our project on schedule. “Wow, what a fantastic experience with Balducci Builders and their entire staff during the renovation of our home in conjunction with filming the show, Fix It and Finish. From start to finish, we greatly appreciate the staff’s professional approach, hard work, and attention to details to make our home a much better place to live while increasing our property’s value. It was an amazing feat to see their staff complete the renovations of our playroom (daughter’s new bedroom) and bedroom (new home office) ALL in one day. Balducci Builders demonstrated their talent and expertise during the demolition stage and by providing top notch painting, electrical, flooring, and carpentry (love the stage) services. The company even contracted a cleaning service, Chem-Dry of Henrico, to clean our home after the completion of the job. “Hello, We hired Ricky Edgeton to do a major kitchen remodel that lasted 2 months. We are extremely happy with Ricky & his work. We were very impressed with his professional reputation & credentials (check his website). We liked his calm manner & knowledge in which he tackled the problems of remodeling (2 wall removals). He & his crew worked diligently every day until the job was complete. They were polite, professional, kind, most of all trustworthy. Ricky was given our house key and code to come & go as needed, thats how much we thought of him. We got 5 estimates from other contractors in the area. Ricky's price was not the cheapest, but he certainly wasn't the most expensive. In my opinion, you get what you pay for. Whenever I called him, day or night, he answered his cell phone or called me back later that day with an answer. I never saw him upset, rude or disrespectful with us or his workers. We are extremely happy in all aspects of the remodel. The kitchen is so beautiful, that friends bring friends to see it. We have since called Ricky to fix areas of our home.
