Cameo Homes Inc. has been in business since 1976, and is family owned and operated by the 3rd generation of home builders. We currently build in Summit County, Wasatch County and selected parts of Salt Lake County. Our company is a Licensed B-100 General Contractors providing for Unlimited Residential Size and & Low/High Rise Commercial. Our core concentrations have been Luxury Residential Custom Homes, Estate Homes with multiple buildings, and Residential Development.
We are accustom to providing building services for those that live local building a primary residence and those who are out of state and wish to build a second home.
In addition, Cameo Homes & Realty is our in house Real Estate Brokerage. We are members of the Park City Board of Realtors & Salt Lake Board. All of the partners are active licensed real estate agents. This allows us to stay informed with current market trends, available properties and to list Cameo built properties for sale. We also represent our clients in the acquisition or sale of real estate. We have been an active member of the Park City Home Builders Association for many years and a Cameo Homes partner currently serves as the 2017 HBA President.

Our experience with Cameo Homes and the Quinton family could not have been better! They have a deep understanding of every detail required to design and build a custom home and were always focused on our satisfaction. They provided us with sound advice throughout the entire process, from design through to final delivery of our home. They maintained excellent communication with us throughout the entire process and were superb in helping us to understand the pros and cons of different design and construction options. We found their integrity to be beyond reproach and they always operated with the highest degree of professionalism. They managed our construction budget like it was their own money and they were always careful to explain the cost implications for design and construction options. All of the sub-contractors that worked on our project were knowledgeable and skilled artisans with a keen eye on small details and final finish. We are extremely happy with our new home and Cameo has remained very proactive since we took possession to ensure that we are happy with the result and that everything is operating as planned. We thoroughly enjoyed working with everyone on the Cameo Homes team and would highly recommend them to anyone considering construction of a custom home.

I have been doing Cameo Homes work for the past 11 years and have had great success with them. I do excavation on their custom homes both big and small. They are great to work for they are organize and keep a great job site. They do a great job keeping schedules, keeping draws to pay the subs timely and are easy to contact with any questions or issues. Also they have great architects and engineers that they work side by side with that are also easy to contact and help with anything we need thru out the excavation process. They build a beautiful product that is by far second to none! I would highly recommend them on any size custom home or building project.

I am the owner of Authority Heating and Cooling. We have been a subcontractor for Cameo Homes for many years and we have done many HVAC systems for them during that time.
I have been very impressed with the desire of Cameo Homes to produce an extremely quality home. Cameo Homes holds us to the highest standard of quality during the installation and are very detailed about the end product as early as the planning stages of the home. We will go through a lot of planning on the home before they ever break ground to insure that things will go smoothly during the build.
We have always been paid in a timely manner and I have never had any concern that they may not pay us for any reason.
My experience with Cameo Homes is that they do exactly what they say they are going to do, this is true with us as well as with the home owner.
With all of the homes that we have worked on we have had a lot of contact with the home owners and I can't think of one time that I can remember that the home owner was displeased with Cameo Homes, rather they have always been very positive about them. I think this is a small miracle because some of the projects have been so large that they have gone on more than a couple of years. To maintain positive relationships with home owners over such long projects shows me that they are treating their clients very fairly.
Over the years that we have been associated with Cameo Homes they have asked us to follow up with some home owners that have had some HVAC issues. These were on homes that Cameo Homes had build years before. When Cameo Homes called me to talk about what needed to be done they would always tell me how great this home owner is and how they have become very good friends with them and expressed words like "we really want to do a good follow up here and make sure we take good care of them. They have been very good clients". This has shown me that even once they have finished building the home even years later they are doing everything possible to take care of their customers.
Cameo Homes has elevated our quality of craftsmanship with their strict requirements to quality and craftsmanship.
I give the highest rating possible for Cameo Homes in terms of quality, honesty, fairness, and professionalism.

We had the pleasure of working with Cameo Homes on a very beautiful home in Wolf Creek Ranch. This project had a high degree of complexity and required a team effort from not only other trades but the superintendent as well. Chris Quinton from Cameo was this person. Chris was indeed a team player. From the start we both had the mutual desire to provide the very best quality for the client. The end result was nothing short of fantastic! In fact; our delivery foreman labeled this project his favorite of all homes we have delivered to. This says a lot!! I very much appreciate working with Cameo Homes.

We recently completed hardwood flooring installation on a large project for Cameo near Park City, Utah. Having never worked with Cameo before, we were pleasantly surprised to find a well-managed and clean job site, attentive and detail-oriented project management and a team that understands the complicated process inherent in high-end residential building.
The custom hardwood flooring and stair parts we supplied and installed required specific (and somewhat unusual) acclimation and installation procedures, and Cameo took the time to understand our needs and helped ensure that the site was ready for each stage of the process. Our entire scope of work proceeded unusually smoothly and without frustration or callbacks, which is one of the highest compliments I can pay to any general contractor.
We are very proud to have shared in building this beautiful home, and look forward to working with Cameo Homes again in the future.

Cameo did a super job with our new home in Midway. From the beginning, their knowledge and professionalism helped us define the project and the schedule.
