We are a small General Contracting business with our focus being on new custom home construction. We have been in business for over 12 years. We are involved with every aspect of the building process from start to finish. Our staff of carpenters build our homes from the foundation to the trimming out and finishing touches of our homes. We are not a "paper contractor" as we are actually on site working alongside our employees insuring that our quality standards are present throughout the home. We have a hand selected group of subcontractors that we hire for excavation, plumbing, electrical, insulation, exterior and HVAC. These subcontractors have the same high standards as ourselves. We also believe in being very upfront with our customers. There are no hidden costs. Our custom home customers receive a copy of every invoice from our suppliers that goes into their homes. They know exactly where their money is being spent. In addition to custom home building, we also do small and large home remodels and additions.

Josh was recommended to us by a friend. They’re still our friends. We met him at the farm and discussed our idea for a small house and where we’d like it situated. Josh first suggested a slightly better location and then asked to see our plans; that’s when it got interesting. Our only plans was a sketch Debbie had made on notebook paper. Josh chuckled and Debbie promised to put the plans on graph paper, along with dimensions, which she did and the digging began. Eventually a neighbor produced a set of plans using a floor plan software for which Josh was very thankful. Too late to make a long story short..so let’s continue. Josh and his crew made countless suggestions along the way and the finished product is dang near a dream home rather than a simple farm house overlooking a 10 acre lake. We couldn’t be happier with the result. My only request in the project was a wrap around porch. I call the place my porch with an attached house. Josh and his crew were experienced, efficient, and very creative. They essentially built a house from a paper napkin plan. The only problem is visitors never want to leave...neither do we.

We heard about Mark through a friend and contacted him to review and rewrite some plans that we had been looking at, though weren’t really satisfied with. We were in the beginning discussion and preparation of building a new home and were beginning to get anxious about not having a plan that was what we were looking for. I contacted Mark and made arrangements to meet with him, and I appreciated the fact that he was able to work a meeting with me into his schedule on short notice and was willing to drive a couple of hours to meet me at our future building site. We did hire Mark to draw up plans for our project and, over the next few months, we met several times to work on them. I want to add that Mark was very patient and easy to work with and was willing to meet as many times as was necessary to arrive at a plan that was what we were looking for. We were more than pleased with the end result as the plan and subsequent building project went smoothly and ended up just we had envisioned - even better.
