We bought our new home from Capitol City in 2020 and couldn’t be happier with the service. Things go wrong with every purchase, but the minor glitches we encountered were handled quick, easy and to our satisfaction. Paul Black, warranty supervisor with Capitol City, handled everything we threw at him. Even after our warranty period he continues to be an important resource for us, as his knowledge of new home issues is as much an asset to us as it is to him.

We bought our home built by Capitol City Builders in 2019. While no project is perfect Capitol City stepped up and really addressed all our issues. With the help of Paul Black as our warranty representative all our repairs were addressed and taken care of. We could not have asked for more from Paul as the contact for Capitol City. Paul Black in the Warranty Department has made every issue arising with a newly constructed house a breeze to get through. His punctuality and communication deserves top scores as he himself has shown up to every appointment with the vendors from small touch up jobs to full floor replacement. He is very down to earth and helpful to help a first time buyer understand certain aspects of being a homeowner. He was a pleasure to work with and i highly recommend him and Capital City Homes.

We moved into our house in October 2020. Very very nice house. Lots of quality in the house. The few things that we did ask Dan to address he did so right away! Very happy with working with Dan. It’s a beautiful area. And we are very happy with the Jones farm area. Highly recommend it!

We love our new home in Jones Farm! We saw lots of new construction houses in the area and nothing really compared to Capital City in terms of quality and style. Since we wanted a specific lot, which they had already started building on, we had to trust that the selections they had made were going to look good... and we think it came out even better than we would have been able to pick out on our own! I love that we didn't have to ask for many of the things that would have been expensive upgrades with other builders. Dan has been a helpful, easy-going project manager. He has great attention to detail and made sure even the smallest things were addressed before we closed. He knew everything about our home and responded to all of our questions and requests with patience.

Moved in December of 2019. Nothing but great things to say about Capital City Homes. Sales office/staff was amazing and took the time I needed to answer any questions I had and didn't rush me. Ryan Willis, our project manager was the best. Made sure everything was ready and sparkling when we closed on our house and everything was done on time with 0 problems.

Eric, the selling agent, did a great job showcasing the model home (Boone). He did such a great job we bought the same "spec" home in the neighborhood. Ryan did a great job making sure our requested upgrades were completed on time. Our new home exceeds our expectations. My wife and I love it.
