We bought an existing home and Carl Henson graciously agreed to remodel, renovate and update it for us. We gutted the master bath taking in a closet from a guest room to create a sit down vanity, flipped the toilet area and the shower to allow for a shower bench, replaced kitchen appliances and granite counter tops, added a half bath in a hall closet, built an outdoor fireplace and kitchen on the back porch, painted the home and refinished the hardwood floors. Although there were the usual delays and unexpected issues, Carl's calm reassurance that "it's all good" made for a very pleasant experience. Carl's craftsmen are simply THE BEST !!! We enjoyed working with each and every one of them. They are second to none. The finished product is just perfect. We got the right house and the right builder. With Carl's help, our vision for the way we live became a reality. Thank you Carl Henson !!!!

Carl (and his wife Kathy) is a great person and a good builder. We met several top builders over a period of 3-4 months before we selected Carl. We decided to go with him due to his experience (over 40 years), reputation and the number of houses he has built in the area. He is very knowledgeable, professional, ethical and honest in his interactions and guidance. During the entire process from drafting of our plan to completing the house (15 months) we had almost zero stress. He gave an estimate and it was on the dot except for a few things we changed and paid for. His wife Kathy accompanied and advised us when buying lighting and plumbing fixtures, granites, paint etc. Carl comes bank even after completion to make sure everything is okay. We know several of his clients whom he helps out 5-6 years after construction if there are issues with the house, which speaks volumes on his integrity. Our project cost us a million dollars and we are grateful to god and Carl to make our dream house come true. Carl built two custom homes for us in Little Rock and we would do it again! He and Kathy were nothing but helpful, available, and ethical. Very honest and does things right. If a sub dies something wrong, he will tear it out and make sure it is right.
