We built with Cason Graye Homes in 2014. I had worked in the residential construction industry in the past and had seen a lot of homeowners experience such negative situations while building their own custom homes, yet Bryan Phillips and his team consistently had happy homeowners complete the process. When it came time to build on our own lot, Cason Graye Homes was the only one I felt 100% confident in building our home for us. From the first meeting, we experienced complete professionalism and the desire to not only have a working relationship with the team, but also felt like we were friends with everyone we worked with. Our job site remained clean and well maintained throughout each stage, which spoke volumes about the respect the subcontractors had for Cason Graye Homes. We were able to stay on budget and build a wonderful quality home that has served as a happy gathering place for many friends, family and neighbors! Given the opportunity we would build with them again!
