Ceci Bates Custom Homes

Ceci Bates’ team was great to work with. We love our new home. Besides the length of time it took to complete the blue tape items, we are very satisfied with the work Ceci Bates performed. Working with their in-house architect, Roberth, their interior designer, Heather, and the various building suppliers they recommended, made building our dream home easier than expected. We would highly recommend Ceci Bates to anyone wanting a quality, professional, and reliable custom home builder.

Working with ceci bates custom homes was truly a pleasure. From the design phase to the actual build phase was as seamless as it could be. They are always ready with answers when I had a question. Would use them again

We chose Cecibates to build our dream home and RV garage, and could not have made a better choice. By choosing Cecibates for our custom builder, we were able with the help of Cecibates to design a home that fits perfectly with our lifestyle. Throughout the entire process—from choosing lighting to landscaping—Cecibates never disappointed us. Now, when people drive past our beautiful new home, they always slow down because it is absolutely eye-catching. Thank you, Cecibates, for building us a home that fits us to a “T.” We could not be happier. The Jebbias

I highly recommend Ceci Bates to anyone looking to build their new home. At the outset, the planning and development stage with Scott and his team was impressively detailed. They took the time to understand our vision and needs, providing a transparent and competitive pricing structure that made the entire process straightforward. They presented multiple options for materials and design features, ensuring that I could make informed choices that fit my budget without compromising on essential elements. This flexibility allowed us to customize our home to suit our needs and desires. Our project manager, Brian, was great to work with. He was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with throughout the project. Any questions or concerns we had were addressed promptly. The combination of competitive pricing, quality construction, and excellent project management made our home-building experience as good as we could have hoped for. They truly exceeded our expectations.

Scott and Tom are true professionals from the early design stage to this day. They listen to your concerns and needs. I have even gotten calls returned on Sunday. In addition to building an excellent product, their customer service and service afterwards are top notch. They have even responded to issues we had well after the warranty period.

Ceci Bates Homes built my custom home in 2001. Tom Ceci and Scott Bates were wonderful to work with. They made it easy to move through a process that can be very stressful. With their knowledge and experience you can be assured your project will be of the best quality and stand the test of time. They exceeded my expectations, and because of them, my home turned out more beautiful than I dreamed of.

CeCi-Bates Built our home in 2003 and we have been very happy with the workmanship and design of our home. CeCi-Bates made a very good use of space in their design and was up to date on current technology. We have found our home to be very energy efficient.

Scott and Tom had the vision to adapt a lot that had a challenging terrain into the lake house of our dreams. They were very attentive to our input and delivered a quality product to us on time and within budget.

We had the pleasure of working with Ceci Bates Custom Homes and the experience, professionalism and final product was outstanding. These guys are visionary. We took a trac of land, that we purchased, and they made it into an outstanding property. It was our first time building a home from the ground up and they took the time to help us the entire way. They were easy to work with and gave me a realistic budget that was certainly met. We added items during the buidling of the home, but only after we were completely aware of the cost and how it would effect the overall project. Since the time of our home being built they have been outstanding in their follow up and we continue to use them today. We've added to our home with a second garage/shop and that project turned out excellent as well. I would highly reccomend this company for any type of customer build job. Thanks guys!

Ceci Bates built out home 2 years ago. We couldn't be happier. They went out of their wat to help guide us from start to finish and have been avail after completion. The attention to detail is remarkable and their standards are other builders "upgrades". We are thinking of building again and will definitely go with Scott and Tom again!.

CeCi Bates built our home and we couldn't be happier! Their attention to detail is great, and the finish out was fantastic! Even after all these years, we feel so fortunate to have a home built by CeCi Bates!

We had a good experience from start to finish! We found them to be very knowledgeable and easy to work with. We especially appreciate how our home is so well insulated (low utility bills) and how particular they were about the extensive crown molding, stonework, concrete stain work and overall quality of our home.

Tom and Scott built this great house for us about 8 years ago. They were involved from design and of course through construction. With over 7000 sq ft, we had lots of questions and challenges for first time we had a house built. They were terrific and we felt that we got a good value and great advice throughout, plus quality construction. Important too was that they stood by their work and do so even today. I know that if I had a problem with this house that was even remotely related to construction that one quick phone call would bring them back and they would take care of it. We did have a problem several years after construction and they fixed it at no cost to us. We have also had some remodeling done by them and they are great. I would be happy to recommend them to anyone. I would attach a picture to this, but do not see a way to do that.
