This man is a genuine dream to work with. He is communicative, incredible organized, and wonderfully honest. I cannot express how many horror stories we have heard over the years about builders and disaster projects, but from start to finish, this process was incredible- I will never go to anyone else again. Building right now is not easy with the costs and shortages, but Chance helped with every issue and made us feel very taken care of. 10/10 for sure.

Chance built our house in 2019. We had a sketch of a floorpan, he met with us, and explained everything. Chance is patient, professional, and friendly. Our house exceeded our expectations and we've lived in it 3 years now. Chance is a great project manager, coming in at budget and several months early. The house is solid, weatherproof (remember February 2021?), and easy to live in. Chance answers and addresses any problem or question that comes up, no matter how small. The work his team did building a custom home for us from the ground up with a truly effortless process and it was done as promised and on budget.
