We recently moved into our new home built by Charter Building Group, and couldn't be happier! Charter did an amazing job, always being mindful of our wishes, the timeline and keeping us "in the loop" during the entire process. We were able to choose from their many floor plans, and encouraged to redesign to make it our own. They have a wonderful team of professionals who work together seamlessly. We highly recommend Charter Building Group if you are thinking of building in Wilmington, NC!

Very positive experience with CBG! Professional, knowledgeable and had great input and suggestions. We had some thoughts of what we wanted re a floor plan, colors, etc. The representatives at CBG helped fine tune our ideas and adapted their floor plan to meet our needs. Charter Building Group is a known builder in my area and I have liked their homes inside & out for years. As a local realtor, I knew I could trust their product and building quality for our own personal home. We had a more custom build request with a floorplan they had never built before. This all required more attention and Charter helped make that floorplan work with the community and our homesite. Our home was delivered on time and looked absolutely amazing! It was a dream come true to finally walk in the door of our brand new home built just the way we wanted it. We built a semi-custom home with Charter Building Group. Our main contact throughout the process was Holly Overton - New Home Specialist. Throughout the design process Holly was professional, responsive, knowledgeable and had the ability to problem solve effectively with us. During the actual building of the house, Holly served as a contact and a resource. Her follow through - even after the house was completed - has been exceptional. We love our new home, and we would recommend Charter Building Group and Holly.

Charter Building Group built our home in 2014 and we have lived in it for a little over one year. We absolutely love it!! Since it is our retirement home, we added a lot of our own touches to one of their plans for a semi-custom build. The experiences with the entire staff, from meetings with Holly Overton to revise the drawings to our on-site meetings with the supervisor Sean, were nothing but cordial. They listened to our questions and assisted us with making good decisions and met our requests and needs! It was a pleasure working with them and the entire building experience went very smoothly. Charter does high quality work and I highly recommend them.
