I am the Chairman of JAFCO, a charity whose mission is to provide care, safely and support to children and their families within the Jewish community and beyond who are impacted by abuse, neglect, trauma, or developmental disabilities… giving each child a place to belong. We also offer support to the families who deal with these heart wrenching life events on a daily basis. JAFCO hired CKA to build two new respite homes affording over 1,000 kids a year to enjoy overnight respite care while allowing their family’s to spend some quality alone time while their children with disabilities to enjoy a safe and secure stay with our qualified staff. CKA was the perfect builder to build these homes. They built gorgeous homes, came in under budget, all the while understanding the needs of the children and making sure that a the project came off without a hitch. Next, CKA took on a project for JAFCO renovating 6 20 year old group homes on our other campus. All I can say is WOW! CKA has gone above and beyond what any other builder would do, anticipating every need and making sure that the homes are perfect. The kid’s love the homes and feel safe and secure in them. I have worked with contractors for over 55 years, and I can honestly saw that CKA is by far the best and I can assure you if you hire them, you will be thrilled by their product from start to finish. Their work is impeccable; their job site immaculate each and every day; their workers artisans; but most importantly, their ownership and management team, including their project manager, second to non. A little over two years ago I was looking for a contractor to rebuilt / remodel my house.
