“North Central built and finished a 2500 Sq ft home for my family. The interaction with the contractor was very enjoyable throughout the project. The communication was excellent. The contractor was very accommodating of changes we requested during construction. We were very diligent in maintaining the budget and the contractor provided many alternatives to allow us to complete a $200,000+ project on time and on budget. . Upon completion the bank appraised the home for much higher than the original estimates based on the quality and finish work completed. Every visitor that comes to our homes ask who the builder was on the project because they are impressed with the quality. I have maintained contact with the contractor and have had them do some other work around my property recently. I honestly enjoyed the construction process of our home and would definitely use North Central again with zero question.”
