The Classica Huntington home design has been a great choice for us. The outstanding floor plan design and traffic flow are wonderful for family gatherings and entertaining. The first floor master bedroom suite with optional door from the large walk-in closet to the laundry room and launch makes daily living easy and enjoyable with access to the front or rear of the main living areas. With the home management area and walk in pantry right next to the kitchen, there is organized storage and work areas to support active family living. The windows around the top of the stairwell provide natural daylight to both the first and second floors. Windows throughout the home provide a nice relaxing light environment. An upstairs bonus room provides an entertainment area that also provides separation between the bedrooms. Front and rear porches have provided wonderful places for covered outdoor enjoyment and places for the grandchildren to play. Having a great neighborhood pool and being located in Robbins Park provide excellent recreation opportunities within easy walking distance. The sales and construction staff have been great to work with during the design and building process. We are very glad to be living in Robbins Park. It’s like living in paradise.
