We talked to several builders before starting our new home build, and chose Cottage based on several examples of their work in the neighborhood and a general sense of trust, honesty, personal responsibility and work ethic from the owner Bill, upon meeting with him. We just closed on our new home today and know with certainty that we made the right decision. We could not be happier with our new home! We have noted the superior quality of workmanship in every Cottage Home we've visited in the past and are so happy to see the same in our new home. Bill, Gary, and our onsite manager, Craig, were incredibly helpful, honest and responsive to our millions of questions and concerns. We especially can't say enough about Craig, who was so positive and accommodating on a daily basis. They are true to their word and take pride in their work. I recently had the pleasure of viewing the Rosedale Model Home in Markland Community. The home was absolutely beautiful. The attention to color, detail and decor was extraordinary. Each room, including the pantry was well planned, and the craftsmanship is far superior to other custom home builders. I also appreciate their detailed responses to the questions from Houzz viewers. They take the time to reply back with the manufacturer name, collection, and color.
