Prefab House Companies in Cranston
Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsFebruary 1, 2024
“Neil and his team did a great job helping us to figure out a 2-story addition to our house. He used industry knowledge to help us stay within budget and achieve our goals. The team offered several suggestions to meet our needs before we made final decisions. We had several contractors review the plans. All of them commented that the plans were very thorough. The contractor we selected noted that Neil and his team make this addition “easy” because the plans are so well done.”

“We could not have been more pleased with our decision to work with Chace Architecture for our home renovation project! We purchased a house in desperate need of attention and were very grateful to have Jon's input and guidance throughout the project. We quickly determined that Jon brings a great design esthetic grounded in practical application. He had a vision for our addition that gracefully expanded the living spaces on the interior and blended old with new on the exterior. We found Jon to be very knowledgeable, responsive, great at explaining the impact of important decisions and basically filled with good ideas. We are thrilled with the finished product and if this were not our forever home, would certainly look forward to working with Jon again!”
Douglas Okun & Associates

Average rating: 5 out of 5 starsMay 31, 2020
““You can't turn a sow's ear into a silk purse” - Maybe not, but Doug Okun and Associates did succeed in turning what was once attic space in a Victorian house into a third floor modern suite. Indeed, by moving walls, and re-configuring space, he managed to create two bedrooms, a bathroom, a sizable closet and a gracefully curving staircase from the second floor. What had been dark, even claustrophobic, rooms became the bedroom level of a two story condo unit in a very desirable location in Somerville, Massachusetts. Doug worked closely with his contractor to see us through an at times arduous permitting process. In every respect he was indispensible.”
