The home is lovely, but the experience is not. I have been in regular communication with Cronkhite Homes for five months on a grading issue that creates a creek in my backyard. They said they would fix it, then said no, they would not fix it. I have had a warranty list of needed repairs in with them for two months with no response. When I first moved in, the air conditioning was wired incorrectly and would not work, as well as the dryer vent had not been cut to the outside. The crawl space vent covers have big gaps in the fit and the grass they provided was full of weeds, among other things. You expect issues in a new home, but I also expect integrity and responsiveness, which are missing.

Quality production and people. They take the time to be up front about everything make sure you are informed and comfortable through the process. They work with Blake Cantrell Real Estate who makes the financial and buying side of getting the home you want built extremely painless. Blake and Austin were very friendly and helpful during our process. If you're looking for a home, one built from the ground up. One where the project is EXACTLY the quality you expect, at a reasonable price, and a solid team that help you get through the process from start to finish this is the company I'd go with.
