Nice to meet you! We’re the Bush family, and Custom Homes of Texas is our family business. Brandon, the owner, is a third-generation builder. He started out in aviation building hangar homes in an airpark, which was pretty cool for people to watch him build a custom home within a metal building. Since then, he’s built high-end custom homes all over the DFW metroplex and currently builds in the Frisco, Plano, McKinney, Fairview, Lucas, and surrounding areas.
Something unique about us is that we’re a Christian faith-based company. We built Custom Homes of Texas on the foundation of our faith to remind ourselves to work with honor and integrity and to put the needs of others before our own. To this end, we listen to our customers’ needs when it comes to finances, their family, and what they ultimately want in a home. We then build a truly custom home that will last a lifetime.
We’re not about cutting corners to put more money in our pockets. Building is truly our passion and our outward expression of art. We combine our knowledge of the structural integrity of a home and all its inner workings with our expertise in interior design to deliver an end product that’s unique, beautiful, and well made.

Custom Homes of Texas helped us to take an unfinished room in our house and turn it into the game room we have always wanted. Brandon and David helped us to take our vision and make it a reality. The entire team was professional, courteous and a pleasure to work with. In past projects I have often been told "no, we can't do that" but with Custom Homes of Texas the answer was always, "Yes, we can make that happen". Noah was a friendly and extremely knowledgeable project manager ... present during the entire project - communicating exactly what was going on the entire time. He stayed in constant communication with all vendors and addressed any issues that arose on the spot. We would not hesitate to work with Brandon and his team again on any future projects, builds or remodels.

We had a great experience with Custom Homes of Texas and highly recommend them...from the initial meeting that entailed trudging through tall grass, weeds, and sand burrs to view the potential lot to drawing up the architectural plans, design consultations, and everything in between, during and after the fact. Brandon and team were readily available to answer our calls and trouble shoot any issues or concerns, and they are still answering the phone willing to help when we have a question or need assistance. I highly recommend Custom Homes of Texas and would not hesitate to build with them again!

I hired Custom Homes of Texas to build my dream Victorian home. From start to finish, the process was made easy and fun for me. I've always heard horror stories about builders, and was a little fearful, but Brandon and Dan Bush were so wonderful to work with. I have had the privilege to work with Brandon Bush with Custom Homes of Texas for over 15 years. Brandon has proven himself a man of integrity.
I provide interim/permanent financing for custom build jobs. I have found that the jobs are run smoothly, are within budget and are completed in a timely manner. Not one time have I every had a subcontractor come to me as the Lender and report they have not been paid as promised.
In working with his clients, I always hear how Brandon has really been able to help them build their dream home. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to insure that your building experience is wonderful.

All the work was done on time or early, the quality was top notch and Brandon Bush was easy and pleasant to work with.
