    “We hired Century Bay Builders to remodel 3 bathrooms and a laundry room. I was impressed with them right off the bat - the office called to confirm my appointment for an estimate and our awesome project manager Ariel arrived on time and was very professional, thorough, detail-oriented, and had a good sense of humor (very important when doing any remodel!). He was very responsive to emails and texts and always reassuring when issues came up. His crew (Carlos, Fredy, and Marcos) were courteous, meticulous, and did beautiful work. We were especially amazed at how quickly and cleanly the demo went and appreciative that they kept the dust to a minimum since we were living in the house during the remodel. Everyone always checked with me regularly to make sure I was happy with everything. The finished bathrooms are magazine-worthy and we couldn't be happier. When I'm ready to do my next project I'll be happy to work with Ariel and Century Bay Builders again.”

    “We could not be happier with the home Nejasmich Developments completed for us in 2020. Our daughter and her familty previously purchased a home Nejasmich had under construction. We feel fortunate that Matt and Dan Nejasmich were willing to build on our lot with plans we brought to them. They were extemely easy to work with. They tried to accomodate all of our requests. And, they were very creative in dealing with major design issues overlooked by our architect. Finally, they were quick to follow up to remedy the few problems we had after moving in. Their contractors had been with them for multiple projects and were very experienced in their fields. Matt and Dan have the highest degree of integrity. Threy are very professional and pleasant people to deal with. We have built four homes from the ground up in our past. We would put Nejasmich on the top of the list for any future projects.”

    “We recently remodeled our kitchen during a fairly tough Covid climate. Despite any additional challenges that could arise due to restrictions and supply chains, our experience with Fernando and his team was still superior! He was wonderful to work with, very attentive to detail, kept everything moving and on time, and was super receptive to our feedback all the way through the project. Friends had warned us of how tough a renovation could be, but we really had a great experience with little to no surprises. I feel like the Kasas crew really thought ahead and deflected much of what could have been stressful. As first time reno for us, this was invaluable. Fernando worked so well with our designer, and to be honest, he brought some great ideas to the table. We plan to use Kasas Builders for the next project, our bathroom, and would highly recommend to anyone interested in quality work with minimal stress. Glad to provide more detail if anyone would like. Great experience all around!”

    “Sal and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen! Our kitchen need a full upgrade - new cabinets, floors, countertops, applicances, lighting, etc. QA Builders were always professional and kept the job moving along so that it could be finished in a timely manner. Sal was very responsive and a great communicator when we had questions. Also, the team always showed up on time and left our place clean before they left each day, which we really appreciated. We are thrilled with how beautiful it came out, and definitely would use them again.”

    “Worked with our architect to get the best design to salvage our great room that had extensive termite damage, rat infestation in the crawl space, and needed a seismic upgrade. Builder is a structural engineer and very experienced with materials and used high quality subcontractors. Good communicator, transparent with written bids, change orders and fees. Great supervision of his crews and the subcontractors. Very accessible by phone, provided updates on weekly schedules. Very flexible with changes in the work order and interested that we were getting the renovation we wanted. Quality work at a fair price.”

    “We have had the pleasure of working with Oliver Builders for over 3 years now on multiple projects. As an architect, we are always trying to deliver a great product but also a great experience. Severin and his team are concerned with the design details and work easily with our team to resolve the best solution. Severin is also incredibly organized keeping the project on track and on budget. He is a man of integrity and through the years I have watched him over and over again take the high road and do the right thing for everyone involved. I can not recommend them highly enough.”
