David Clark built a house for us in 2018. He does not follow up on any issues after 1 year. It is unlike other builders in the neighborhood, who love what they built , and continue taking care of issues ,albeit for a fees. We repent the time we asked him to build a house for us.Would not recommend.

David is great to work with, creative and straight forward. Ensures that the finished product exceeds your expectations. All crews were productive and cleaned up the work area on a daily basis. Highly recommend David Clark Construction.

We have known David Clark for 10 yrs . Our 1st involvement was to build our current house . Throughout the process, David was extremely helpful, very easy to work with,professional and his attention to detail is exemplary. As a result, we have used him for EVERY home improvement project such as backyard porch, master bath upgrade etc He is up to date with current trends in his industry and he has an outstanding team of suppliers/ contractors.We highly recommend David Clark.

David completed an overhaul of our back yard, including a new outdoor fireplace and outdoor kitchen. His work was top-notch, and everything was completed on time and under budget. We are very happy with the additions and David and his team did a tremendous job for us.

David from the very beginning has been extremely helpful and accommodating. We got the name of a reputable residential architect, received drawings promptly and were able to commence remodeling. We added a room on one end of the house and significantly remodeled the kitchen and related areas. David was excellent in working the crews of the subcontractors and positioning them to smoothly transition into the next part until the job was completed. He arranged for inspectors to make sure that the job was proceeding according to code. We highly recommend him for any residential job.

David Clark brings three generations of experience to Home Building in Memphis, Germantown and Collierville. He is a perfectionist with extremely high standards. I would recommend David Clark Construction, LLC without reservation for any remodeling/renovation needs. After living in our house for approximately 12 years we decided to do a major renovation which included our kitchen - switching from electric to gas , updating cabinetry, installing new appliances and granite countertops, under cabinet lighting. We also installed hardwood floors in several areas of the house, remodeled the bathrooms (4) . In our game room we added built in book cases, lighting over the bar area and installed a home theater system. The renovation also included converting our sun porch into a wonderful glassed in sunroom with heat and air conditioning. David used great contractors, who did an excellent job of integrating the new with the existing. He didn't take ay shortcuts. Rather than overlook a problem, he dealt with it, made suggestions as to how to fix it and made sure it was done right. An example of this was in the master bath. We discovered that the shower had a leak. Although it required us to take out more tile than we had anticipated, David made sure the leak was fixed, all the adjoining drywall was torn out and replaced and the shower was sealed. We stuck to the budget except in areas where we (as the homeowner) chose upgrades or a problem was encountered that required additional materials and/or labor. David is so knowledgeable about the construction industry and he is always looking for the newest innovations at the best price. We are more than satisfied with the outcome of the job and while we had considered selling, find that we love our home and want to stay in it. David also supervised the construction of a great outdoor space for us. It included a large pergola with a wet bar area. Seating space for about 20 and a fire pit with surrounding seating for at least ten. He also installed an outdoor television that is tied into our home theatre system. Our family has enjoyed this outdoor space almost as much as we have the renovation. David stayed on the timeline and the budget with a few exceptions that were agreed upon. He used experienced contractors who all totally respected him and worked with him to provide us with a satisfactory project.

David Clark is an great builder with good sub-contractors which makes all the difference in the world. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable, willing to help, and worked diligently to complete my project. David was on-site almost daily making sure everyone was on task and the job was being done right. He is easy to communicate with and readily available to answer any questions and address problems.

We have enjoyed the successful completion of 3 major remodels to our home with David Clark! We totally gutted and remodeled our kitchen, master bath and 3 additional bedrooms and baths upstairs. For every job the deadlines were met and the anticipated expenses were maintained. David covered all of the details very efficiently and effectively! His attention to details were thorough and provided great comfort! His expertise and knowledge provided a much better end result! He is Very comfortable to work with - absolutely No problems! Our project included a new master bathroom, closet and laundry room addition. We also added another bathroom and renovated a hall bathroom to create a full bath and a powder room in that space. On the other side of our home we enlarged our breakfast room and added a butler's pantry and an office area. We have three young children and and we have been living in our home throughout this project. Everything has gone well and we have been happy with the quality of work and the time frame. The subcontractors have been professional and very nice and trustworthy. I would highly recommend David Clark Construction!
